How we prepare and ship your order
At Cisne Beauty we start preparing every order the moment it comes in. On this page you'll find all the details on timeframes, costs and tracking. If anything is still unclear, write to us at info@cisnebeauty.com.
Where we ship
We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Processing time
We prepare your order and hand it over to the carrier within 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are prepared the next business day.

The times shown are estimates provided by the carrier and are counted in business days from the moment the order leaves the warehouse. They do not include the processing time, so the total from purchase to delivery is usually between 13 and 19 business days.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you give at checkout, during business hours. Make sure you provide a correct contact phone number so the courier can reach you.
Order tracking
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse we email you the tracking number and the link to follow it. If you can't find it, check your spam folder before writing to us.
Packaging
The case travels protected inside a cardboard box with no reference to its contents.
Delivery problems
If the parcel arrives damaged, we recommend noting it on the courier's delivery note and telling us within 24 hours of receiving it, attaching photographs of the packaging and the contents. We'll handle the claim with the carrier and find you a solution.
If tracking says «delivered» but the parcel never reached you, write to us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Taxes
All prices in the store are shown in euros (€) with VAT included. There are no additional costs when you receive your order.
