2. Scope
These conditions regulate the sale of products through cisnebeauty.com to consumers, and are governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) and other applicable Spanish and European regulations. To purchase, you must be over 18 years of age. Shipping zone: as indicated on the shipping page.
3. Products
We sell cosmetic products for external use. Descriptions, photographs and videos are for guidance only: the actual packaging may show minor differences in finish or text, as the manufacturer may update the labeling. Cosmetic results vary from person to person and do not constitute a promise of a specific result.
4. Prices and Taxes
All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are indicated before finalizing the order. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
5. Purchase Process
- Select the product or pack and add it to the cart.
- Enter shipping and billing details.
- Choose the shipping and payment method.
- Review the order summary and confirm the purchase.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the order details.
The contract is perfected upon order confirmation. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you and you can choose to wait or receive a full refund.
6. Payment Methods

7. Delivery

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without justification, in accordance with article 102 of the TRLGDCU. The applicable conditions and exceptions (for example, sealed products for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed) are explained in the returns policy.
9. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery as provided for in the TRLGDCU after the reform of Royal Decree-Law 7/2021. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear from use or damage caused by improper use. For any claims, please write to us at info@cisnebeauty.com with your order number.
10. Correct Product Use
Follow the packaging instructions and the usage instructions on the product sheet. Avoid contact with eyes and do not apply to irritated or broken skin. In case of any reaction, discontinue use.
11. Customer Service and Claims
You can contact us at info@cisnebeauty.com. We will respond within a maximum of 48 business hours. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the consumer authorities in your autonomous community.
12. Applicable Legislation
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Nothing contained herein limits the rights that consumer regulations recognize you as a consumer.
